The feasibility study
Is there a local parking problem worth solving?
Truck and trailer parking constraints can affect staging, dispatching, trailer management, driver time, congestion, and property capacity.
I am speaking with local logistics operators to understand whether these problems are frequent and substantial enough to justify developing additional parking capacity in the Bloomfield–Windsor industrial corridor.
The work is a feasibility study. Whether a yard should be developed remains an open question.
